For casual sex, yes, because elderly homes/retirement communities have been reporting a rise in sexually transmitted diseases and other sexual conditions over the years.
None of these diseases have an age limit.

Oh and to answer the question of breeding...No, I don't think so. It isn't fair to the child if they have them too late in life. They won't be around
that much longer. But, I guess it depends on how old the parents are at the time of conception.
