If it isn't wrinkled shut or swiveled inoperable (and/or stinky as heck) then "get it!!!" This is especially the case for couples who remember how it was before they grew old together.

For casual sex, yes, because elderly homes/retirement communities have been reporting a rise in sexually transmitted diseases and other sexual conditions over the years.
None of these diseases have an age limit.
