The topic is not whether or not there are non-white members in NPC sororities. The topic is whether or not there are non-white members at these specific schools. Sad to say that even in 2010, there are still some schools and/or specific chapters where it isn't possible to receive a bid to an NPC organization if you aren't white.
You're new here. It's probably best that you read up on some topics before dispensing blanket advice on topics you're not 100% informed about.
