Your user name is a little conflicted, isn't it?

If you are planning to go to Texas, your first year living outside the house will run roughly $4000 - $5000 per year. As an active living in the house, you are looking at roughly $10,000 to $12,000 per year. It all depends on what sorority you're in, but they are all in that general range.

I think A&M is a little less expensive, but not by that much as far as I know.
