Bad relationships do teach me new things. However, just because I've learned something and know what I should do, doesn't necessairily mean that's what I will do. In other words, right thinking doesn't necessairily mean right acting. Right acting takes us to another level. It implies will, courage, faith, fortitude, or some combination of these.
