I was initiated at the beginning of last semster, Fall 2001. My big (who is the BEST) had some really cute things for me. My favourite would probably have to be the family letters. My chapter is somewhat family oriented and it was nice to get the letters as a welcome into the family. There are traditions followed and some started with every new member. You might try to find the biggest or ugliest ladybug or Raggedy Ann thing you can find and start that tradition. Your little can pass it down to hers and so on...ya know, just keep it in the family. I know it was awesome for me to meet my great-grandbig because I had some things passed down to me that started long before her!

On another note, my big's other little just took a little so I have a neice! When it came time for the "Big Aunt" (thats what they call me) to spoil her neice, I went all out. Anything ladybug is always good.
