Its well documented that dst has the largest number of initiated members in the NPHC and they also knew they were in the finals for an entire week before the show aired. Clearly they had time to rally the troops. The Zetas and SGRhos did not find out they were stepping until the day before/day of the show. So naturally they did not have the same amount of time to gather member support.

I was at the step off too. I was one of the 5 Zetas present in the audience. I can even tell you where the Deltas were from...they were from Binghampton, Rho chapter and the other chapter in the city. If the majority...and I do mean MAJORITY of the crowd was not Greek or Greek affiliated, would you not call them "unbiased". They had nothing to gain from any of the teams. There was no prize...just bragging rights.

ALL teams knew the finals were going to be judged "apollo style". The choice that was made was made by the people...and included in those "people" were fellow Greeks. The crowd in the studio, I heard cheering were cheering amazingly loud for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority's victory. What you heard on television, I do not know.

However, what I find distrubing is I am reading a lot of bad sport remarks on this subject. You have to take the wins with the losses. This time the Zetas WON. The proper thing to do, would be to say congratulations. Afterall, its all still D9. And it should all still be love. If you want to "woof", you talk about seeing the team NEXT year. IE...DELTAS, SGRHOS, AND AKAS...YOU BETTA BRING IT NEXT YEAR, BECAUSE THE ZETAS ARE HOLDING ONTO THIS TITLE!!!! Now of course the problem with woofing is what happens if the team you are rooting for does not win? Well, you of course are subjected to being clowned. The point is...its speculative...and no harm or foul is done.

To speak on this subject in the context of ANY of the teams being inferior when the decision has been made is BAD FORM. Thank you for your indulgence. Please continue with your regularly scheduled conversation. Peace!
