Absolutely agree! One has to be sincerely motivated to learn all there is to know about your sorority now - bless the New Member Educators who can instill that in their classes!

To the OP, you can (as in, you are able) to transfer to another chapter of your sorority, but in many cases, your transfer must still be voted upon. The chapter may choose not to accept your transfer for various reasons (low Total, etc). You may want to investigate that part, too.
