1. Him. 2. A lot of things. 3. No.

In short: I liked him so I flirted. He flirted back and, at first, I enjoyed it. Then he became a horny a-hole, whispering sexual comments in the halls, grunting and moaning when I walked by, constantly texting me porn, etc. It took me months to go to management because I blamed myself for it. Everyone knew I liked him and that I had flirted first and I was afraid they'd say I started it. But I did my part, I told him repeatedly to leave me alone and he wouldn't. I shouldn't have blamed myself for that. But for the sake of this NEVER happening again, I stay away from co-workers now. I know there will always be jerks who take it too far, but it feels safer this way.
