I agree that the roads aren't built for snow or ice or anything like that...but the people driving in Dallas did not know how to drive in that kind of weather. You would think that seeing snow in Texas would make the drivers slow down to at least the speed limit (if not slower!) but it didn't...and that's why most of the accidents happened!

I do say y'all a lot don't I?! But that has nothing to do with me living in the South.....I've been saying it since I was in high school! I like y'all...it's a great word!!!!
BTW...I love Southern accents! I think they're great!
