Ah, original recipe VH1. Dave Clark Five videos, Beatles and Jackson 5 cartoons on Saturday morning, and lots of smoooooth R & B. You could set your watch to Force MDs coming on at 1:13 AM every day. It was a strange and wonderful bird, let me tell you.
At least they do still play videos in the morning, but they need schooled ASAP on what a "music movie" is. (Hint: It ain't Cocktail.)
