Our arrowboard is in charge of spirit as well. We do something called angel of the week where each week at meeting a new girl is selected as being the angel. We have a board and her picture and name that is hung in the house all week. At meeting it is presented and as well as a little tid bit to why. It could be because she was helpful or something along those lines or if she was having a bad week. When we have nm we also have a baby angel of the week. She also does the birthday board, which has the upcoming birthdays.
