I agree with everything you said just put Alpha in the place of Delta
But I also think that we just need a special on BET about HBGLO in the NPHC and the past present and Future of our orgs. Talk about all the wonderful things and then talk about our problems as well.........somewhat like a nightline 20/20 special.
