Nell Carter was much more entertaining as a stereotype, along with Diff'rent Strokes.
Precious was minimally entertaining and I wouldn't watch it again. tangent/ My friends and I who saw it together have NEVER spoken about it. We didn't want to talk about it at dinner afterwards and haven't mentioned it since. It's like one of those things that happened that we pretend never happened. Fail. /end tangent
