She might only get one or two invites and in that case something could easily by worked out. It will depend on the campus culture. On my campus it would be unlikely that a desirable PNM would be cut for missing pref for a legitimate reason (and on my campus callbacks would be "legit") but it could effect a PNM who was borderline anyway. She's talked to her Rho Chi and that's about all she could do, unless she feels like covering all bases and talking to the adult Greek Advisor as well. They can tell her how her individual campus will handle the situation better than anyone here can.
