This happened frequently at my campus (we had a large conservatory of music with evening rehearsals). Panhellenic was understanding because this was part of the school's culture, and they let those women go to pieces of the parties- so instead of 3 1 hour parties, they went to three parties for 40 minutes each. It wasn't ideal, and especially not for Pref, but it worked for this particular school. It is a possibility she could bring up to her RX- but there are no guarantees that her particular campus, especially if it's very competitive, will allow this. Another option would be to select 2 of the 3 groups she's been invited to, and work with her RX on scheduling. Of course that is assuming that she was invited to 3 groups for Pref... if she hasn't had invites yet, then you may be worried for nothing.

Also, Rho Chis vary greatly by school, so it's unlikely that you'll find someone with appropriate insight without knowing the school very, very well. We can only comment on our own experiences & what we've seen work or not work. Good luck to your daughter!
