Any Rho Chi's or those in the know on recruitment? I could use your advise. My D is going through formal recruitment this week and has a terrifle schedule conflict with prefs. She is in a theater group and call backs overlap prefs. The theater group will allow her to leave early, but she will still miss the first of 3 prefs. She has reported this conflict to her Rho Chi. What will the impact of this be? I can't imagine a house putting anyone high on their list if they missed prefs. Your thoughts? Do you know if any other situations where this has happened? What is your advice?
