I know some groups classify whether an alumna is in good standing - some have yearly alumna dues that must be paid (or other requirement) to stay in good standing. Also, some groups say you need to graduate in good standing to be an alumna in good standing. If you graduate but still owe your chapter/the sorority a semester of dues, you wouldn't be in good standing until it was paid. I think that's what it's getting at there.
