I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced
hazing in the workplace. No, you won't get paddled, or be forced to drink yourself to death. But what about being the butt of a joke or prank, being given meaningless tasks to do, etc. all because you're a newbie? How have you established yourself so that the hazing stops?
