Can I just say how smart it is to have recruitment on the weekends? I think it makes it easier for all parties involved, the PNMs and the sisters. My school's formal recruitment was a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday night and Sunday morning event during the first week of school. It really messed things up if you had a class that night because you could not miss a class by Panhellenic rules, but you were at the mercy of each sorority if they invited you back.
