You are right Zetaphied. We need to acknowledge the differences IN OUR ORGANIZATIONS, not with the stereotypes. We have plenty of problems dealing with our culture in society as a whole. What difference does it make if I'm an Alpha and you are a Zeta? To everyone else we are either UPPITY NEGROES or College show offs in our own communities. Let's not be concerned with Letters. i'm happy that you are a zeta. In the job world that means we have a special bond being as though we are both black greeks.
