I'm really for gardens that prisons can utilize for therapy as well as food, but only if they aren't chain gang style. Having the ability to grow food and eat it, and retaining that knowledge for work or personal sustainability upon release. Seriously if they grew flowers or starter plants I'd buy them from a prison, and it could be interesting prison ministry for Buddhism or other religions that promote a vegetarian lifestyle and meditation/contemplation.
I hope when I leave Idaho I move somewhere else where hunting is common because I fear my lack of wild game (caught by someone I know) consumption will decrease to pathetic levels if I have to move back to San Francisco. My current fella not being a hunter is also an issue, I got used to eating tasty things hunted by my other half.

Detroit. People actually take opening week off work to go hunting. Married women on weekends are known as "hunting widows".
