Google won't tell me what QFP means, but I got so tired of all sorts of gross stuff popping up that I put some sort of child protection on my computer. I do know that, in the 60s, U of MD required pictures on grad school apps and someone told me that it was easier for hot females to be admitted - Howard could have wanted pictures for the same reason - mostly male profs and a shortage of hot females.
You have asked an interesting question, but I suspect that the QFP has something to do with telling you that you should not have asked it because it is not PC.
