Ooohh I'm excited for an OSU thread! I'm a recent alum (AOII obviously) and i'm missing the days for preparing for formal recruitment. To clear up the quota thing, cap was changed this year to allow chapters to be over 100, but they can still only take quota. Quota is determined by the number of girls who are still in recruitment prior to Preference round divided by 14 (the number of houses that go through formal recruitment).
I'm so pumped to hear your story! OSU is a great school and a great place to be greek, and there really is a chapter for everyone here. The diversity between chapters is amazing. If you have any specific questions you can PM me and I'll do my best to be objective (I was a rho gamma last year and should be able to answer most questions about OSU greek life).
