Although it doesn't speak to your "numbers" questions, it was very wellwritten and entertaining, as well as honest and enlightening. Her main points were: bring up your GPA (which you did!), have recs, and have an open mind.
Since you are already on campus, it would be a huge asset if you can develop friendships with girls who are already in sororities. I know that sometimes happens and sometimes doesn't, but having girls "on the inside" who are pulling for you really helps.
