I remember asking FACE-TO-FACE questions as an aspirant and not always receiving clear answers in the desired package.
Never would I return the favor because I knew that my sarcasm, perceived assholeness, and riddles aren't necessarily the same as theirs; and doesn't necessarily have the same purpose as theirs often had.
