Here, the grocery stores will have slaes/coupons on "holiday" items all the time. But I will say they are advertise like any other sales. For example, you won;t see anything like" Cinco De Mayo Sale on taco shells" or "Black History Month chicken special". They know folks will "cut the monkey'
on some garbage like that! The stores will just advertise the sale items on the front page like anything else. I guess they figure that you'll get the point.
