The only unity pieces I've really seen are for sorority/fraternity unity. For example, a Delta/Alpha license plate. You could always just get her a nice gift that says SGRho or the symbols of her sorority on it. If you're set on the gift having an AKA symbol on it, you could get something custom made. I've seen paddles and such from one Greek to another that had both symbols/letters on it.
[Though personally, I would prefer a gift with ONLY my letters/symbols/crest/colors on it. And knowing it was from my close friend who was also Greek would be enough to suffice that it was a personal, thought-out gift].
