It would have been nice as well if the first sentence didn't have a grammatical mistake:
Alumnae Initiation (AI) is the process in which a woman becomes and alumnae member of a sorority
And he/she uses alumnae when it should be alumna in some places.
Should have done more research and perhaps a Latin class as well.....
