One of our current National Executive Committeemen is African-American and I'm guessing from his name that the current Chair of our Collegiate Province Representatives (which gives him a seat on the National Executive Committee) is hispanic or has some hispanic background. I think there have been other African-American members of the National Executive Committee, but memory and sources of information are failing me right now.
