On the painkillers tip . . . I didn't know that would constitute a DUI. Most painkillers I have taken have not strictly forbidden driving. The labels just said be careful when driving or don't drive until you know the effects. So why is that considered a DUI? Doesn't make sense to me unless you are mixing them with illegal drugs or alcohol at the same time.
