Although, I knew an Alpha as a sophomore in high school and have been provided with examples of exemplary Alpha men, I have no contacts with members of Alpha Phi Alpha. The majority of you seem to be a knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, could one of you direct me and inform me what processes to take to express my interest?

If, by "the majority" you mean "Yes, you, Senusret I" then thank you, I try.
If I were in your same position, I would either contact the national office to ask them what your options are (a phone call never killed anyone) or use the chapter locator to contact the nearest alumni chapter and ask them. I would probably do both, because while the national office would have the current information as a matter of policy, they wouldn't know if an alumni chapter in that area was trying to charter or recharter a collegiate chapter out your way.
Good luck.
By the way, not feeling your screen name.
