It's not EXACTLY a jersey, but there is a
jersey style t-shirt on the Penguin Shoppe right now that I adore.
I'm sure you could buy a bunch and take them to a local screenprint place and have names/numbers put on the back.
I'll look around the internet and see what else I can find and PM you if I come across anything good.
