That is the problem. Some of the city schools that used to be good schools, now have 15 full time cops because of all the crime. I can't think of one neighborhood that has been improved and I can name dozens of neighborhoods that have been destroyed by the same people that destroyed their last neighborhoods. To top it off we are spending BILLIONS on these projects.
