It pains me to say this, because Laura is my favorite... but her picture sucked this week. Her body looked good, but her face was fug. I was astonished that she made the top two. I also found it weird how they told Nicole how amazing she was all through the shoot, and then her picture was kind of eh. I definitely saw Nicole in the two 2, but based on this week's shoot alone, I think it should have been bratty Erin with her.
HOWEVER, Laura and Nicole have been two of my favorites all season, so I'm thrilled they're in the top two. I think Nicole takes better pictures, but Laura is more of the "whole package" in terms of personality, confidence and runway, and I do think her overall body of work is impressive. And no matter what the judges say, I think her Grandma Wanda Jean outfits are adorable. Nicole, on the other hand, had a really weird outfit this judging. I thought they would call her out for sure. Her personality is also just kind of strange. She doesn't project confidence or relatability (is that a word?).
My bet is on Laura for the win.
