I don't know what's up with them right now. I've never had a problem until this fall. I put in an order the very beginning of October for a bunch of hoodies and one "budget tee", since it was discounted after I bought so much stuff. In the last week of October I had heard nothing, so I sent them an email. No response, but I got the hoodies about a week later. They were shipped to the right address, but the name was totally wrong... weird. I'm also pretty sure they used light blue sweatshirts instead of carolina blue, but I was just happy to get SOMETHING.
Anyway, the tee wasn't included. I sent them another email with the invoice attached, asking for my shirt. I still have heard nothing, and it's been about 2 weeks (and almost 6 weeks since the order was placed). I called them, but no one picked up and the machine said they're no longer taking phone inquiries and that you HAVE to send them an email, which they'll respond to within a day or two.
So... not sure what to do. They're cheap and the quality is good, but the customer service is atrocious.
