The first suggestion would be to stop airing all of your dirty laundry on the internet, especially since you advertise your chapter in your signature. If I knew that my president was airing chapter business to the entire world I would probably not have much respect for her either.
I do sincerly hope that your chapter is able to regain a sense of sisterhood. You are just going about it entirely wrong.
