That is sick! But ... to look on the bright side ... at least she's not wearing it (well, so anyone can tell).
I've seen girls do that. They get kicked out and say they hate everything about the chapter but won't give back their letters. I think it's a love-hate thing. They have to pretend to hate the chapter (and they are pissed) because they've been de-sistered, but they hate not belonging and being left out.
