This is part of my problem...me and my husband usually do not have a couple of ours to drive somewhere. He works long hours and I do not have anyone to go places with me if he is working.
I've been up to Cleveland once to hit a few bars for a bachelorette party but I haven't been back in a year. I'd like to go so the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame but my husband doesn't have much interest in Cleveland besides the Indians.
We usually go camping four times a year...in Celina, OH, Sterling, MI, Mt. Pleasant, MI, and in Canada. If it rains one more time when we go camping my husband will never want to go again. I'm more of the outdoorsy type, he'd rather stay at a hotel.
Where I lived in Michigan was approximately 3 hours away from Cedar Point so I've been there dozen of times. I remember going there 3 times in one summer. My husband hates roller coasters and when we went last year with one of his high school friends my husband sat on a bench ALL day! I've also been to Kings Island with my aunt and uncle but there is no point in going since my hubby is a bench warmer.
Since I've been in Ohio I can probably count the number of times that I have been to Columbus on one hand. Been tailgating and to a couple of bars..that's about it. Wow, what an exciting life I lead.
I've been to the Air Force base museum.
I live within two minutes of Mid Ohio...I live on the same road! I enjoy the races but not the traffic that keeps me blocked in my driveway. Looking forward to Vintage Bike Weekend and Superbike Weekend
