DST is an organization that exemplifies Honesty, dedication, fellowship, and so many other wonderful qualities that not only draws but produces admirable ladies. Being a member of this wonderful organization is not only a desire of my heart but an also an opportunity to form sisterhood with women that share the same goals and desires to execute change within their communities and throughout the world that I have. Many of the founders and members have taken part in programs, organizations, and acts that have had a lasting positive effect in history. If I were ‘blessed’ I would do my best to execute the honorable qualities Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. consists of. When I have passed away I want my stamp on history to be a memorable and honorable one. Through actions I hope to change history for the better; whether these changes affect few or many. It is said that those who touch our lives are in our hearts forever. Therefore in touching lives I will desire to not only exemplify God, but also the founding principles of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
