When Claire went to the "mixer" and walked around for a minute looking lost, I practically shouted, "She should have been picked up at the DOOR!" DH (who is not greek) looked at me like I was nuts. And is it just me, or is a loud dance party where you can't really have a conversation ... not exactly the best idea for a recruitment party? I think I've been hanging out on GC too much...
I really like what I've seen so far of the deaf file clerk who can now "see" sounds. When she sat and played the cello in the park, and a crowd gathered and applauded but we couldn't hear the applause, I teared up.
