Sister I hear ya!!! It gets worse with each semester. No matter how hard we try to get the girls to be involved, there are a few that will go to extremes, but many just sit there. How hard is it to find girls to be big sisters to 2 girls? Especially when the pledge class the semester before had like 15 girls. Grrrr!!!!!!
