Unless there is another school you are considering that does have ADPi, you basically have two choices:
1) Get initiated and get involved with the closest alumnae chapter to your new school.
2) Drop out of ADPi before initiation and go through recruitment at your new school.
Starting a chapter of ADPi at your new school is not a decision in your hands. The school has to be open to extension (and this is not something you can beg/convince Panhellenic to do---it's based on upward membership trends among other things), ADPi has to be interested in the school, and the Panhellenic has to choose ADPi.
Whether you choose option #1 or #2 is up to you. I really don't know what I would have done had I been in your situation as a new member.
Even if you choose another school with ADPi, the chapter may be nothing like the one you're in now.
