I wish them well but they have an up hill battle. Kappa Sig National has a habit of shutting down chapters who pay no attention to the alcohol rules that every chapter is aware of and has been counseled about. This is an example of a chapter that may have pushed the risk management envelope little too far. If I am not mistaken they had recently received their charter back or had come off probation with National.
I hope they can convince the SEC to place them on probation instead of shutting them down. They historically have been very very good. I just wonder where the Alumni Advisors were for this chapter. Were they giving them the right/or any advice and guidance?
