Thanks for mentioning that forum... I have never heard of it.
I went over and asked and for those here - just in case you're wondering - you can open it from the
bottom of the jar. Be sure that when you put it back that it 'clicks' closed.
Otherwise you will have half of your brand-spanking new jar all over your lap like I did.
I'm nooooooooot a happy camper - esp. because the Matte costs the same but they give you less grams. I think this new jar officially SUCKS! haha
