I'm assuming that if you are initiated, you are considered an ADPi alumna if your new school has no chapter.
About starting a new chapter of any sorority:
It is not something that just happens. There is a VERY specific procedure that needs to be followed.
For starters, the school must be open for expansion before ANY new Panhellenic sorority can come to campus (ADPi or otherwise).
