Kim, your chapter should have a folder/binder/manual with a bunch of different preference ceremonies. When I was VPR, I "inherited" a large, unorganized box but after I sorted it all out, I found everything I was looking for. My chapter changed to a different preference ceremony last year and it went over really well. If you need some extra help, feel free to PM me.
