You have to be a full time student (whatever that is considered at your university) to get a bid in the first place.
There shouldn't be any "being brought into standards" as the part time status should have been discovered during pledging, before initiation. You can't be terminated if you are not officially a member. You will simply be dropped from pledgeship. (I think saying "terminated" in that situation is a bit much.) Whether the sorority will give you a bid the next semester if you get up to full time status is up to them.
If you drop to part time status in your credits after having been a full time student, you may have to become inactive, take special status or surrender your membership/self-terminate. Or you may be able to be a regular member. Each sorority handles it differently - check with your national HQ if you have any questions.
