First,
at your friend's comment. While I can appreciate her loyalty to you, I hope she is not counting on being invited back to that chapter. Her statements raise a number of red flags, and I'm afraid she may well be cut by that particular chapter.
As to it getting back to other chapters - don't worry about it. During recruitment there is almost no communication between chapters themselves - I'd say none, but I'm only going by my experiences. Chapters have their hands full with their own business - while they are in communication with the panhellenic council , they don't have the time to talk directly to one another.
