^^^ I will just say what everyone else is either thinking or will respond to you: No one can tell you if it is worth it to you or not. You can only decide if you want to go through recruitment again. You seem to have thought about what might have prevented you from succeeding last year. If you are willing to make the changes and accept the outcome, then go for it and best of luck.
